Potential volunteers participate in an interview with the Volunteer Services Coordinator and are given a tour of the home. After the screening process is complete, the volunteer is matched with the activity that reflects their interests, strengths, and desires.

Volunteers are placed in positions that are mutually agreed upon. Time, availability, current openings, and the volunteer's interests are key factors in determining a suitable and beneficial placement. Specific training & orientation is conducted by staff members. Police checks are required.
