VISION NURSING HOME MISSION STATEMENT
We provide compassionate long-term care in Sarnia-Lambton for individuals who have limitations which prevent them from living independently. Our services are designed to meet our clients’ needs with sensitivity.

A team approach in conjunction with continued staff development and quality improvement processes supports resident centred outcomes. Volunteers and community agencies are utilized to augment on-site services.
