Human Resource Management is designed to create and maintain a mutually beneficial relationship with employees through recruitment, selection, orientation, training and evaluation, in a safe working environment. The Human Resources Service supports the provision of quality care and service provided to residents. The department supervisor in conjunction with the Administrator or designate will ensure appropriate staffing levels to provide services in the Nursing Home and Rest Home here in Sarnia Ontario.

Positions may be available in the following areas of employment:

  • Nursing - PSW, RPN, RN
  • Food Services, Dietary Aides, Cooks
  • Recreational Therapy
  • Housekeeping
