ADMINISTRATION Administrative Services of the home provides leadership, guidance, assistance and support to residents, clients, staff, volunteers and members of the Board of Directors. BUSINESS OFFICE HOURS 9AM - 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The Business office is located at the Brock St. Entrance of Vision Nursing Home in Sarnia Ontario. MAIL DELIVERY Mail delivery is handled during business office hours.

UNINSURED SERVICES
Certain services for residents are subject to a charge above the basic monthly accommodation rate. These services are called “uninsured services”. These charges are subject to change and current rates are available on request.

• Mending and sewing charges.
• Hair styling.
• Preferred accommodation (semi-private and private).
• Transportation to appointments.
• Medications not covered under Ontario Drug Benefit Formulary.
• Dental service.
• Personal wheelchair purchases and maintenance.
• Foot Care services (additional to those provided by the Registered Practical Nurse and Foot Care Nurse).

• Vision care and costs to repair glasses.
• Optometrist/audiologist services.
• Meals outside the home.
• Telephone and television cable connections.
• Newspaper delivery.

• Special activities.
• Identification bracelet.
• Tuck Shop purchases.
